DENSHI SENTAI MEGARANGER
Sentai is the Japanese television series which we adapt into Power Rangers. Sentai has been on the air in Japan since 1975. Beginning with Zyuranger (1992), Saban used the Zord and Ranger footage from these Sentai shows, and combined them with new footage featuring American actors, creating what we know as Power Rangers.
A sentai series was set to air on 1997, called Denshi Sentai Megaranger in Japan.
Megaranger came USA on 1998 as Power Rangers Space.
THE POWER RANGERS SPACE STORY
When the forces of evil come together to threaten the entire universe, four high school students join forces with ANDROS, a RED RENGER from a distant Space Station, to become the team of super heroes known as the POWER RANGERS. The POWER RANGERS travel into outer space to take on the most frightening villain of all times, DARK SPECTER and his beautiful, yet evil accomplice, ASTRONEMA. Armed with new powers and awesome MEGAZORDS, only the POWER RANGERS stand between DARK SPECTER, and his plans to destroy the universe. Come along with this powerful team of heroes as they blast into space and into action!
